What is the expected turn around time for photos?

Pictures are turned around within 2 days, although we try to turn them around sooner if we can.

Tours, Floor Plans & special edits are typically a 2-3 day turnaround.

How long do photo shoots take?

Generally, 45 minutes per 1,000 sq ft for still photos and for scans. Time varies depending on layout, staging and preparedness of property. (Please see my "Home Prep Guide" below for help)

Aerials and exterior photos take about 15 minutes.

How much time in advance do I need to book an appointment?

Generally during Off-peak Season (Nov-Feb), 24-48 hours is required.

During Peak Season (Mar-Oct), usually a 4-5 day window is required but may not guarantee your desired time slot. Always book as far in advance as you are able.

How are pictures delivered?

Pictures are delivered through Dropbox. A link is sent via email.

You do not need a Dropbox account in order to receive and download pictures.

 

How are pictures formatted?

Pictures are formatted for on-line use, specifically MLS and secondary listing sites.

If you need higher resolution pictures, please let us know when booking.
